**Position Overview:**
ConAgra Foods is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will be the first line of communication for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a wide range of customer needs. You will play a vital part in enhancing our customer experience and representing our brand values.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by gathering relevant information and determining appropriate solutions within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ConAgra Foods' products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Communicate customer feedback and trends to management and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Track and document customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction rates.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures and policies that align with company objectives.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and feedback in order to enhance personal growth and service quality.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by taking initiative in problem-solving, process improvements, and customer relationship management.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong research skills to identify solutions and provide relevant information to customers.
- Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changes in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficient with customer service software and tools, including CRM systems, chat software, and standard office applications.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
