Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a leading global food company, Tyson Foods prides itself on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients around the world.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.2. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Utilize emotional intelligence to build rapport with customers and handle challenging situations effectively.8. Conduct research to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.9. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resourceful and confident in dealing with customers.3. Strong emotional intelligence and research skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
