Customer Service Assistant / Scheduler / Administration

The Grout Guy is looking for the right candidate to work with our current team at our Grout HQ in Landsdale.
The Grout Guy is a fast-growing business currently operating in Perth, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, and Brisbane metro areas.

This role will require availability from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering an early start and the opportunity to finish in the afternoon.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer enquiries from various platforms Schedule customer quotes and jobs for The Grout Guy team Competently guide customers through The Grout Guy processes Efficiently adjust Grout Guy schedules as required and often with time pressures in place Work with Salesforce and other IT systems Work within a busy, high volume, fast-paced environment Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: An excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills Exemplarily customer service skills Be able to work well within a team environment and be able to effectively support and communicate appropriately with other team members Be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure Have a positive attitude and be a reliable employee Application Questions: Which of the following Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems do you have experience using?
