- **Feedback Handling:** Gather and document customer feedback for continuous improvement in service quality and overall customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Expedia's services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their experience.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless customer support, ensuring consistent communication and efficient resolutions.
- **Documentation:** Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions to facilitate optimal service delivery.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** This is an entry-level position; previous customer service experience in any capacity is an advantage but not mandatory.
