MAYDAY is on the hunt for 3 x Customer Service Assistants to join our Global Insurance client in their dynamic Roadside Assistance Team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting to an amazing team leader, you will deliver exceptional service to customers through the effective management of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
You'll be the go-to person for assessing a wide range of inquiries and determining the most appropriate action for the customer.
Collaborate closely with approachable colleagues and managers right in the heart of Brisbane CBD!

• Contract type: Full time permanent • Start Date: Friday 15th November 2024 • Hourly Rate: $29.33 per hour + Super • Work Schedule: Full-time, on a rotational roster, working in the CBD office • Working Hours: 38 hours per week.
Rostered between 6am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.
Overtime: Working over the Christmas holiday would be required, (Overtime rates will apply) • Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.Team Environment: Collaborative and supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on care.Key Responsibilities: • Receiving and screening telephone calls for issues varying from general enquiries to critical incidents • Deliver exceptional service to customers through the effective management of inbound and outbound telephone calls • Thorough and accurate logging of all call-related data into CRM computer system and creation of incidents in real-time • Complete task note activity and incident data entry during each call to ensure reporting of cases is accurate and provides the business with required information on incidents per client • Provide effective follow-through to ensure the customer's enquiry is resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
