This particular role is in Customer Service.
It's client-facing, and you'll be working with both artists and art collectors.
You'll be part of a small, but experienced and highly competent team within Bluethumb and will see how the industry and business works from the front line.
Customer service isn't for everyone; it is hard work, but those who are in it understand its true value to artists, collectors, and yourself as you learn how things really work—whether it's assisting sales online, shipping artworks, answering questions, helping artists get the best out of their profile, and interacting with our marketing and engineering teams to improve and grow the business.
Day to Day RoleAssisting with customer inquiries (artists and buyers) via multiple channels of communication (email, phone, live chat, etc.
