Key responsibilities: Handling inbound calls from customers while providing professional and friendly serviceBuilding strong rapport on calls while providing needs-based solutions to customers' enquiriesWorking as a part of a well-functioning team and aiming to resolve enquiries on the first callAchieve agreed key performance measures and Sales KPIsKey skills and experience: Proven customer service experience in a phone-based or retail settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build quick rapport with customers and create meaningful relationshipsHigh levels of attention to detail and accuracyKey requirements: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster 8:00am - 6:00pmMust commit to an initial 3-month contract, with a view of extension or permanent conversionHigh levels of reliability and dedication to the rotating rosterNational Police History check, and 2 professional referee checksMust be able to commit to an early December start dateYou will receive: An introduction into the Insurance industry with ongoing career developmentExtensive on-site training, plus ongoing supportCompetitive hourly remuneration, paid weeklyFriendly and supportive post-training supportAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
