Full time, continuing appointment Professional level 4 salary - $66,471 to $70,665 pa Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave Casuarina Campus  Utilise your customer service and administrative skills to assist the Bookshop at Charles Darwin University (CDU) About the Position
The Charles Darwin University (CDU) Bookshop retails learning resources, text, reference and general books, stationery and equipment to students and staff of CDU and retails training resources to the wider NT community. The Bookshop also retails online and provides a mail-order service for remote, regional, interstate, and international customers.
As a Customer Service and E-Commerce Officer, you will be the first line of contact between the Bookshop and students, faculty and organizations. You will manage and supervise floor sales service, special order service, accounts sales and daily banking reconciliations; as well as monitoring quality controls and procedural duties of online sales and online customer service functions through the CDU Ecommerce solution. 
About You
To be successful, you will require:
Completion of year twelve or a Certificate II with relevant work experience or equivalent combination knowledge, education and/or training.General knowledge of retail business practice, laws & procedures.Knowledge of and proficiency in processing sales in a retail environment and using online point of sale and inventory systems, including e-commerce systems.Ability to efficiently manage priorities with limited supervision.Ability to provide excellent customer service and train staff to provide excellent customer serviceRemuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at professional level 4. The base salary will be in the range of $66,471 to $70,665 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $77,771 to $82,678 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
