Bradnam's Windows and Doors have an opening for a Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Bundaberg. About The Role
As a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Bundaberg. Positively contribute to the daily requirements of the Branch by providing great customer service and accurate information and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.
Customer Service and Administration Representatives will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests and contribute to sales targets;Continually develop and improve knowledge of Bradnam's products and remain up to date with current building codes;Identify areas and functions within sales that can be improved;Understand and work with our credit department and actively support fellow members of the customer service team;Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures. Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week Skills & Experience

Data Entry - EssentialYou will ideally have previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues;Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities;Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you'll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
