About The Role Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service and Administration Officer based at the Waste Management Centre.
This position provides customer service and administration support for the functions of the waste team.
This position provides quality customer service (phone and reception) to members of the public and undertakes a range of complex administration tasks utilizing a range of intranet-based data administration and record management systems and Microsoft computer packages.
The position also provides support in the gatehouse at the landfill, including some coordination of the gatehouse staff.
Key Requirements Current Class C Drivers LicenceCertificate III in Business Administration or equivalentMinimum 2 years administration experienceProficiency in the operation of various computer packages including Microsoft Office programs, particularly ExcelDemonstrated customer service skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
