In this dynamic sales environment, you will deal directly with large businesses to specifically service the packaging needs of the food service industry.
This role works closely with customers, sales teams and internal key stakeholders to ensure excellence in delivery of administration and customer service aligned to business priorities and objectives.
Duties: Administration of customer enquiries and orders in a timely and consistent manner Arranging dispatch of products and/or product information to existing or potential customers Developing and maintaining close contact with customers over the phone to promote products & services and answering customer queries Ensuring customers are informed on the status of their orders and upcoming deliveries Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests and identifying solutions Assisting the sales team to manage administrative tasks, enabling them to maximise time spent customer facing Using the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to aid sales processes Skills and experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role delivering excellence in administration support with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
