In this dynamic sales environment, you will deal directly with large businesses to specifically service the packaging needs of the food service industry. This role works closely with customers, sales teams and internal key stakeholders to ensure excellence in delivery of administration and customer service aligned to business priorities and objectives.Duties:Administration of customer enquiries and orders in a timely and consistent mannerArranging dispatch of products and/or product information to existing or potential customersDeveloping and maintaining close contact with customers over the phone to promote products & services and answering customer queriesEnsuring customers are informed on the status of their orders and upcoming deliveriesProactively addressing customer concerns and requests and identifying solutionsAssisting the sales team to manage administrative tasks, enabling them to maximise time spent customer facingUsing the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to aid sales processesSkills and experience:Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role delivering excellence in administration support with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
