Customer Service And Administration Officer

Ocean and Air Cargo Services operates a 3PL warehouse in Hemmant. 
We are looking for two customer service administration officers to join and grow with our small warehousing team. 
Your role Within your role, you will be involved with customer orders and administration tasks in a warehouse operation.
You will need strong customer service focus along with excellent communication skills and be able to work in an organised and efficient manner.
 These roles will involve multiple tasks including but not limited to:
Customer point of contactOrder data entry General administrative dutiesOrder processing, labelling and communicationOrganising transport bookings and manifestingLiaising on a daily basis with customers, floor staff, transport companies and driversWhat you'll need to succeed To be considered for the opportunity you will, desirably, have:
Warehouse office, 3PL experienceCustomer service experienceCan do attitudeAbility to learn and be adaptable to changing processesDemonstrated problem solving skills and good ability to work with numbersHigh level of attention to detailComputer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Cargowise1 would be a plus)Ability to work in a small team environment and be able to take direction as required
