The Role: Reporting directly to the Agent Team Supervisor, your team is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service.
We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane.

About the Role: You will pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results. Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia. Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products. Permanent, part-time role - working between 15 - 25 hours per week. Shift patterns are 5-hour shifts Monday, Friday, and Saturdays (mandatory), plus 1-2 optional days of your choice. Must be available to attend full-time for at least 4 weeks of training during February & March 2025. Background, Skills, and Experience Required: Training: Absolutely no logistics or construction industry experience necessary - learn it all through our well-established and structured 4-week training program.
