Join our dynamic and supportive team, working on behalf of a reputable Australian furniture store, where you'll manage calls, chats, emails, social media, and SMS queries from customers shopping for or awaiting delivery of products.
You'll gain proficiency in all systems, update customer accounts with detailed notes, and liaise with our stores, delivery drivers, and other departments to ensure seamless order delivery.
You'll also process orders according to client requirements, send follow-up communications to stores, and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

Full-time (38 hours).

Rostered Hours: Monday to Saturday 9AM to 5:30PM (rotating roster).

Located at Brickworks Place, Rochedale, QLD (FREE Parking).

Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via call, chat, email, social media, and SMS regarding product shopping or delivery. Update customer accounts with relevant details after communication. Send necessary communication to stores following customer calls, if needed. Process orders as per client specifications. Escalate critical issues to management when necessary. About You You will have a history of effortlessly nurturing customer connections, masterfully untangling intricate inquiries, and exhibiting unwavering resilience and adaptability in every customer interaction.
