About The Role At Sportsbet, we're passionate about our customers, and we're looking for people who share that same enthusiasm. Joining our Darwin-based Contact Centre, you'll have the opportunity to support some of the largest global sporting events throughout the year, and you'll be joining the team just in time for the start of the AFL and NRL seasons!
We strive to provide our customers with a "best in class" experience. By combining your customer service experience with our excellent training and development programs, you'll become part of a high-performing team of Customer Service Advisors who deliver outstanding service every day.
Weekends, evenings, and public holidays are our busiest times, as these are when most sporting events occur. We need team members who are willing to work during these peak periods. But don't worry, we make sure these times are filled with fun and excitement, so you'll love being here!
Responsibilities Include: Field telephone betting and general inquiries through diverse channels, including email, chat, and telephone, leveraging your ability to efficiently solve customer problems with meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal customer outcomes.Capture information into our customer database and utilize your written communication skills to create easy-to-read notes for others.Have an open mind to learning new systems and skills, whilst thinking about our customers, having fun, and thinking about our customers once again!About You: You must be a citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa that allows you to work full-time hours.Previous customer service experience is required, and previous contact centre experience is ideal.Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, as this role is phone-based.Successful Candidates MUST be available for full-time training from February 18th to March 2nd (including Saturdays) The Perks We work hard and play hard, so along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here's some of our other perks:
