About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative for a government department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling both general and complex inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.Utilising active listening and attention to detail to troubleshoot or resolve all inquiries.Demonstrating the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.Key Role Details: Hourly Rate: $27.77 + SuperMonthly Incentives: Up to $480Full-Time: 38 hours per weekPart-Time: 4-day work week! Minimum 30 hoursStart Dates: November 2024 and January 2025Paid Training: Full-time training providedSchedule: Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7 AM - 6 PM. No weekends!Location: Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central StationWho Are You? You believe quality customer service is paramount. While no call center experience is necessary, having customer service skills is a must!
