The Role The Customer Service Administrator is situated at the front office/reception of the Victorian Region and is responsible for providing prompt and professional customer service to all inbound calls and front desk/reception interactions from members, customers, stakeholders, apprentices, staff and suppliers.
This includes queries, sales support and processing of orders form the HIA Shop, Where required, the role will support the HIA membership team (or other teams) by conducting outbound calls such as member renewal calls.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Provision of 'front office' customer service support for queries, requests and activities for the HIA Victoria office.
Administers sales support, retention support, fulfilment//order processing for the HIA Shop and support the promotion of these products to members and customers.
Provides support to the membership team (or other teams when required) by conducting outbound calls.
The ideal applicant will have the qualities of: Proven customer service and administration experience, including inbound and outbound call experience.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, and well developed and confident communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Highly responsive to queries and confident in directing them to relevant team.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Computer literate with experience using a CRM highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and balance multiple tasks.
