Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.
We are currently looking for a candidate who will undertake the following duties but not limited to: Responding to all customer enquiries such as answering phone calls, directing queries, and maintaining emailsProducing quality solutions that satisfy all parties and following the call up processesManage call up process to customers and confirming order detailsNegotiate with customers and sub-contractors on production dates, delivery dates and extra charges.Order buy-in products as requiredMaintain accurate records by keeping systems and files up to dateComplying with all Dowell Safety Policies and Practices professionallyThe successful candidate for this role will: Have previous experience in operations, manufacturing, estimating or sales in manufacturing (preferable)Have strong communication and customer service skillsHave high levels of attention to detailHave strong numeric and typing skillsBe a self-starter who can work autonomously and willing to assist other team membersBe able to juggle tasks and prioritizeIf you're looking to progress your career, please advise your manager of your intention to apply, and apply to the HR team at ****** with your written application and current resume.
