Job Description Customer Order & Logistics Management Process and manage local customer orders from start to finish.Coordinate warehouse stock releases and arrange transport to meet delivery requirements.Monitor order progress, keeping customers and the sales team informed.Verify accuracy of service provider documentation and ensure correct dispatches.Liaise with sales, transport companies, and warehouses to meet customer needs.Ensure accurate pricing on invoices and provide sales team assistance.Maintain customer forecasts and manage back orders with the sales and logistics teams.Arrange and dispatch product samples, maintaining the sample room.Support the sales team with additional tasks and projects as needed.Request, process, and verify invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other key documentation.Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for third-party warehouses.Skills & Experience Supply chain, logistics or shipping knowledge is a must.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
