Your responsibilities will include: Salesforce email communication with clientsCollating responses and maintaining spreadsheetsCompleting pricing documentation - emailing personalised communication to existing clientsCreating pricing information for new clientsSupporting the overall team in both a service and administrative capacity.The ideal candidate will have: Previous customer service experienceThe ability to communicate at all levels, both internal and external to the businessHigh attention to detail and data input accuracyThe ability to pick up technical information quicklyAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environmentConfident PC user with Excel experience (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded).This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant team, who are constantly challenged and driven to succeed.
