The Opportunity: We're seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in a phone-based environment and enjoys engaging with clients.
Based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to sales leads, schedule appointments, nurture client relationships, and maintain CRM records.
Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound sales inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Be the first poiint of interactions for customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Conduct outbound calls to new leads, potential customers, and existing clients to drive sales.
* Accurately process customer orders in the CRM system.
* Manage and update the product database.
* Prepare quotes and purchase orders.
* Handle ad hoc tasks such as document preparation, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
What You Need to Succeed: * Proven experience in customer service, phone-based customer support, or sales administration role.
* Strong ability to establish connections over the phone.
