Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)? Answer customer telephone calls and emails promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs??? Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance??
