Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)? Answer customer telephone calls and emails promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs??? Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance?? General ad-hoc duties About you: Previous customer service officer or administration experience Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite ** Must have full Australian working rights ***   *** Only short-listed candidates will be contacted *** Apply
