The Position

As a Customer Service Administrator you'll be responsible for sorting and receiving mail, answering email enquiries, and making outbound calls to thank customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, a positive and bright personality, and exceptional attention to detail. This position offers a chance to work in a supportive team where your contributions will be valued and recognised. 


Key Responsibilities  Sort, open, and distribute incoming mailCall and thank customers for their supportManage and respond to the email inbox, including voice mailsProcess payments and registrations over the phoneAddress donor inquiries Handle return-to-sender mailPerform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed The Candidate 

Experience in customer service or call centre rolesStrong attention to detail Previous experience in Excel and CRM Excellent organisational skillsAbility to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environmentExcellent phone mannerDemonstrates the highest level of professionalism Benefits:
