About The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you'll work cross collaboratively with all areas of the business to provide a high level of customer service and precise administrative support. The Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role in managing customer orders and ensuring a seamless order process. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for confirming product availability and pricing while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to follow up on orders, ensuring they are accurately fulfilled. Attention to detail and data analysis are essential as you track order statuses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Act as the first point of contact for customer order requests, efficiently receiving and processing orders for logistics and dispatch Proactively communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and updates, ensuring a smooth and transparent order process Accurately input customer sales orders and local purchase orders into NetSuite, maintaining high data integrity Collaborate with the sales team to input customer forecast sales and contracts into NetSuite, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities Provide product costings and availability information to the sales team to support their decision-making and customer interactions Manage and distribute the Forecast vs. Sales Report, providing critical insights for sales and logistics planning Ensure that contracted sales and sales orders reflect customers' specific requirements within the ERP system Proactively seek orders and forecasts from customers, ensuring a steady flow of business and anticipating customer needs Maintain multi-level contact with large customers, coordinating with planning, procurement, supply, and receival departments to ensure consistent service delivery Capture and update supply terms from customers, ensuring all records are current and accurate Keep customer requirements updated in NetSuite, including approved products and specific delivery or supply conditions About You - Our Ideal Candidate Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact proficiently and effectively with customers and internal teams Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously Experience with management systems such as NetSuite is preferred but not essential Competence with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High level of attention to detail and eye for accuracy Logistics experience is preferred however not required.
