We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator, to join our global Growth Team.
This is a permanent, part-time (3 days) role that will involve order management and cross-functional inventory requests for our skincare brand, Skinstitut.
What you'll do: Use various programs and platforms to investigate customer order history, update and change customer information and deliveries as required Utilise customer service platforms to respond to queries through our live chat, email, Instagram, Facebook, etc Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and a satisfied customer Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and informative responses to customer queries Assist with administrative tasks and product/SKU management Monitor internal platforms to ensure online orders are being promptly fulfilled, and proactively identifying and resolving 'stuck/sync issue' orders where required Coordinating with our returns and warehouse team, marketing, and supply chain to ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery Collaborating with team members to address customer queries and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: Proven expertise in a customer service role, ideally within an Ecommerce environment Proficiency in using Gorgias, Shopify & BigCommerce platforms is preferred Extremely customer-obsessed with a natural service orientation Strong understanding of social media platforms Strong problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also being a proactive team player Passionate about beauty and skincare About Laser Clinics Group: At Laser Clinics, we believe that everyone deserves to feel confident, inside and out.
