Position: Customer Service AdministratorAnnual Pay: $70.000 - $80.000Job Type: Full-time, PermanentShift & Schedule: 8 hour shift/ Shift workWork Eligibility: Australian work authorisationWe are looking for an industry experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our organisation.Location -Wayville SASalary -negotiable in the range $70-80k per annum, net superannuation per annumEmployment Status -Full-Time PermanentMain Tasks/ Duties· Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.· Monitoring business performance by preparing costing analysis and execution on files so they reflect correct profit at end of week/month.· Develop, review, and negotiate service contracts with customer to determine scope of work.· Contacting with local and overseas suppliers and distributors about the orders and products according to determined project plan.· Review and communicate project process with business management.· Developing and maintain relationships with customs by the implementation of after-sales service procedure.· Produce customer tracking reports, live updates.· Being two key project's contract 'owner' and expert contact for the business, managing a portfolio of contracts.· Identifying and creating opportunities for cost reduction / value adding when entering into arrangement with our supply chain.· Being aware of key risks under the main contract and the opportunities to flow down these where appropriate.· Issuing all contractual correspondence under both the main contract and the subcontracts.· Providing the team with timely updates and advice.· Present well structured, informed arguments, whilst being able to consider other points of view.· Advise the team on common law and contractual issues for the project.· Anticipate issues, events and risks under the contract and provide recommendations for legal and commercial solutions to mitigate these risks.· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies· Provide oversight and similar advice to other contracts in the business.Skills and experience· Diploma or higher qualification in Commerce, Business Management, Engineering or related disciplines. Postgraduate qualifications in contract management or law are considered a plus;· Previous experience in a similar role;· Ability to maintain strong attention to detail;· Excellent communication and time management skills;· Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task;· Advanced computer skills using MS Excel, Office & Outlook;· Excellent written communication (written and verbal) skills with internal and external customers;· Interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels;· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and also independently;· Strong customer focus with the ability to deal with customers, staff at all levels;· A willingness to support the business as it grows.Applications to the recruiters through the posting platform is required.Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Free foodSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsShift workAbility to commute/relocate:Wayville, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
