Customer Support Representative | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start Your new company This organisation is a dynamic and growth-orientated company with a collaborative, family-like atmosphere. They are currently on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join the close-knit team in providing exceptional service to valued customers. Your new role Working within the Business Support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist with inbound customer enquiries, as well as outbound sales lead generation and general administration duties. You will be offering support and educating existing customers, as well as identifying sales opportunities and working closely with our external sales team and distribution partners. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about our products. Inform and educate customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist customers through various channels (phone, email) to ensure a positive experience. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer support processes. What you'll need to succeed Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
