About The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you'll work cross collaboratively with all areas of the business to provide a high level of customer service and precise administrative support.
The Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role in managing customer orders and ensuring a seamless order process.
As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for confirming product availability and pricing while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.
This role requires a proactive approach to follow up on orders, ensuring they are accurately fulfilled.
Attention to detail and data analysis are essential as you track order statuses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Act as the first point of contact for customer order requests, efficiently receiving and processing orders for logistics and dispatchProactively communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and updates, ensuring a smooth and transparent order processAccurately input customer sales orders and local purchase orders into NetSuite, maintaining high data integrityCollaborate with the sales team to input customer forecast sales and contracts into NetSuite, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and company capabilitiesProvide product costings and availability information to the sales team to support their decision-making and customer interactionsManage and distribute the Forecast vs.
Sales Report, providing critical insights for sales and logistics planningEnsure that contracted sales and sales orders reflect customers' specific requirements within the ERP systemProactively seek orders and forecasts from customers, ensuring a steady flow of business and anticipating customer needsMaintain multi-level contact with large customers, coordinating with planning, procurement, supply, and receival departments to ensure consistent service deliveryCapture and update supply terms from customers, ensuring all records are current and accurateKeep customer requirements updated in NetSuite, including approved products and specific delivery or supply conditionsAbout You - Our Ideal Candidate Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with precisionExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact proficiently and effectively with customers and internal teamsAbility to work independently, efficiently, and effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneouslyExperience with management systems such as NetSuite is preferred but not essentialCompetence with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointHigh level of attention to detail and eye for accuracyLogistics experience is preferred however not required.How To Apply If you are ready to take on an exciting challenge and have a passion for sales and relationship building, we want to hear from you.
