About the role This role is the voice of our clients brands.
This support role involves answering consumer calls and correspondence, managing consumer feedback, and providing essential support to the Sales & Marketing team.
The role is split % on consumer interaction and % on Sales & Marketing support.
Key Responsibilities Respond to all consumer calls and correspondence daily.
Input feedback into the database and share timely information with the Marketing team on product issues and resolutions.
Develop and deliver monthly contact reports from the database, highlighting areas for marketing focus.
Support the Sales & Marketing team with ad hoc reporting and administrative duties.
Build and maintain comprehensive product knowledge through self-organised training and collaboration with Marketing team members.
Act as the first point of contact for consumers, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
Regularly audit websites and communicate necessary updates to the marketing team.
Interrogate data to communicate insights to marketing, sales, and quality teams monthly.
Requirements Experience in a customer service role.
Proven ability to solve customer issues and deliver smooth customer experiences.
Strong relationship management skills.
Intermediate skills in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency in English; SAP experience is a plus.
