In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

Managing telephone and email enquiries from existing and new customers Administration support for the sales team Managing freight enquiries, tracking orders and liaising with warehouse teams and customers Liaising with sales staff in relation to new or potential customers or opportunities with and or existing customers. Manage complaints, aim for first call resolution and where necessary escalate appropriately. General office administration support including attending to customer walk-ins

The Ideal Candidate

2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer service environment Able to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion to learn and succeed High level knowledge of microsoft office programs
