Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the management team, including accurate data entry and management of information systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and external stakeholders while upholding confidentiality.
Assist with office coordination, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events to ensure efficient work flow.
Prioritise and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the achievement of departmental targets.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence as required, demonstrating strong written communication skills.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
