Your new role Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role commences immediately. This role ensures all stakeholders and customers are greeted in a professional and courteous manner that supports the Hays brand, both face to face and over the telephone. Also providing administrative support to a centralised customer support team.
Provide administrative support to our internal stakeholders using a centralised ticketing system
Conduct effective candidate aftercare calls
Collect references via telephone
Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidates
Assist with keeping the office environment clean and tidy including the kitchen
Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of candidate database records What you'll need to succeed Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
Effective communication and questioning skills
Demonstrates professionalism and polished personal presentation
Pro-active and willing to help wherever possible
Team oriented
Data entry and/or word processing skills
