About The Opportunity As a Sales and Admin Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative and sales department, contributing to the smooth operations of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Accurately input data into systems and maintain organised records and CRM files.
Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones and managing emails.
Interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Support the Sales Manager with research for sales opportunities and marketing communications.
Process sales orders, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory.
About You The successful candidate will have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a food-related business, which would be highly regarded.
