Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist About the Role Vinidex is undergoing an exciting transformation with the implementation of new internal operating systems.
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile individual for a fixed term contract role 9 months.
In this position, you will act as an all-around service and administration expert to assist with customer service and administrative tasks to support the established service specialists during the training and implementation period.
What will you do?
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
· Coordinate office activities, including organizing morning teas.
· Manage phone and email inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
· Assist with basic customer order management and ensure smooth order processing.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including Territory Managers and the Supply Chain, to address customer queries.
· Strive to maintain and improve the overall customer experience.
About you · Passionate about customer service and being able to deliver exceptional service.
· Good critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
· Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office, with demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
