Customer Service/Administration Support

Customer Service / Administration Support Letizza is a leading manufacturer and National marketer of Pizza Bases, located in Smithfield.

Full Time position - Hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

 
THE POSITION The key functions of the role include: 
Administration - Sales Invoicing , freight booking ,  additional ad hoc duties.Customer Service- First point of contact for customer calls. Building a close working relationship with our Food Service wholesale trading partners.. About You:  As the successful applicant, you will be a person who is proactive, able to multi task and work under pressure.
You will possess strong communication skills dealing with customers, and experience working within a team environment. Joining our team, it is also essential that you show initiative, are trustworthy and are happy to take on any additional duty, with no task too small. 
Although it is not essential, you will ideally have past experience with MYOB.
