The Opportunity Based in Darwin, you will mentor, coach and manage a customer-focused and engaged customer service and administration team ensuring market-leading delivery of service and achievement of company KPIs.
Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation.
Highlight risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance Manage and maintain accurate data records Drive continuous improvement in the utilisation and productivity of administration and customer service processes Reporting and analysis of month end profit and loss activity and site performance highlighting cost and revenue trends Hands-on team, site and operational support where required About You You will bring your experience in managing and supervising customer service/administrative teams and personnel, as well as coaching and mentoring your team through change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent experience Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms and reporting is beneficial.
