The Opportunity Mentor, coach and manage a customer focused and engaged customer service and administration team ensuring market leading delivery of service and achievement of company KPIs Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation.
Highlight risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance Manage and maintain accurate data records Drive continuous improvement in the utilisation and productivity of administration and customer service processes Reporting and analysis of month end profit and loss activity and site performance highlighting cost and revenue trends Hands-on team, site and operational support where required About You Experience in managing/ supervising customer service/administrative teams and personnel Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team through change Excellent written and verbal communication skills Financial experience preferred Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent experience Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms and reporting Why join Cleanaway?
