Exceptional Customer Service & Admin Supervisor Stomping Ground Studios Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? SGS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Admin Supervisor to join our vibrant studio team!

About the Role As our Customer Service & Admin Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our SGS community, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and supported. Your role will involve a mix of customer service and administration, including:
Providing friendly, professional assistance to customers in person, via phone, messaging and via email.Managing class bookings, inquiries, and enrolments.General office administration & reception dutiesSupervising tasks for our Customer Service & Administration Assistant team membersCollaborating with the team to uphold our values and deliver exceptional experiences.What We're Looking For A people person with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Proven experience in customer service and/or administration.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, make decisions and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems (experience with WellnessLiving & Enrollio is a plus).A passion for community-focused work and a genuine interest in the performing arts or wellness industries.What We Offer A supportive and welcoming team culture.Opportunities to grow and develop within a creative environment.Being part of a community that makes a difference in people's lives.Your outstanding customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come. 

The successful applicant will be required to work Tuesday - Friday @ 9am - 12:30pm.
