An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service & Administration Officer is now available. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to be well presented, highly organised, be able to work autonomously and have a positive, friendly and energetic attitude.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Reception duties, greet all visitors to head office and direct their queries as required Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate team member Maintain good relations and clear communications with customers Monitor and process all DTC (direct to consumer) sales & manage enquiries/after sales support Action all repair & warranty enquiries, proactively follow up and action in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the company Process wholesale sales orders according to procedures and as directed by the Senior Customer Service Officer Assist with Accounts Receivable Process customer returns according to company policies General office administration duties, including receiving/distributing incoming mail, maintaining conference room and ordering office supplies. This role requires:
Commitment to customer service excellence High levels of organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy The ability to learn to use an ERP system The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously A desire to effectively contribute to the success of the team.
