An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service & Administration Officer is now available.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to be well presented, highly organised, be able to work autonomously and have a positive, friendly and energetic attitude.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Reception duties, greet all visitors to head office and direct their queries as requiredAnswer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate team memberMaintain good relations and clear communications with customersMonitor and process all DTC (direct to consumer) sales & manage enquiries/after sales supportAction all repair & warranty enquiries, proactively follow up and action in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the companyProcess wholesale sales orders according to procedures and as directed by the Senior Customer Service OfficerAssist with Accounts ReceivableProcess customer returns according to company policiesGeneral office administration duties, including receiving/distributing incoming mail, maintaining conference room and ordering office supplies.This role requires:
