This critical frontline customer service position is referred to as a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administration Officer and provides high-level frontline support to students as they prepare for their industry placements. Position Requirements You will have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of university policies and procedures and develop skills in using our information systems.
