We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our growing Production Team based in our Murarrie Office.
To be successful in this role you will require the ability to communicate effectively, a genuine desire to assist others, highly evolved customer service skills, and high-level organisational skills.
This is a full time in-office role which will require the successful candidate to be confident with being on the phone for large periods of time dealing with clients.
The role duties will include but not limited too... Speaking to customers in relation to their orders dailyPlacing manufacturing ordersSpeaking to Trades in relation to installationsService and Warranty BookingsReceiving, sorting, scanning, and filing company documentsInvoice processingAssisting field staff queriesData entryGeneral Office MaintenanceGeneral administrative duties and record keeping duties as required.
