COTA SA is looking for a proactive, organised, can-do person with a strong attention to detail and an affinity for working with older people, to fill an integral customer service and administrative support role in our Hutt Street office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service and Administration Coordinator provides a front-of-house customer service and broad administrative assistance in support of COTA SA's office, reception, database and membership services and processes.
You'll be a team player dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, with exceptional communication skills, solid experience in office administration and a passion for working with older people. As our Customer Service and Administration Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing a professional, friendly and efficient contemporary reception function, where you'll greet customers and resolve their enquiries efficiently and knowledgably by phone, email and in person, including with the help of our team of Reception Volunteers.
You'll work as part of our communications team and perform a wide range of administrative tasks each day to ensure that COTA SA's operations are delivered successfully. You'll act as the main point of contact when it comes to our CRM, and work across COTA SA's digital resources and other business systems and you'll use your initiative to identify process improvements and solve problems for customers and colleagues.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate recent success in a customer-facing customer service role and in providing administrative support for and as part of a team, together with high level organisational skills and digital proficiency. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
This is a permanent part-time (0.72FTE) position within core business hours 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and based in our Hutt Street office. Remuneration is in line with Level 3.1 of the SCHADS Industry Award 2010 plus statutory superannuation. Salary packaging arrangements are available under COTA SA's status as a not for profit and registered charity.
