Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

In line with their continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their team, focusing on rentals support.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and supporting the day-to-day office operations. In this varied role, you'll manage daily administrative tasks, oversee office supplies, support our Virtual Assistants, and provide exceptional customer service at reception. Please note: To be eligible for this role, you must hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of Virtual Assistants.Maintain and order office supplies (e.g., fruit, coffee, bathroom supplies, client & staff snacks).Prepare Owner Statements at the end of the month and handle postage fees.Organise e-cards and decorate desks for team birthdays.Manage owner bank details updates, manual invoice generation, and lease break processes as required.Welcome clients warmly, provide property information, and manage call-back timeframes.Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism, offering solutions where possible.Support concierge duties when needed, maintaining high service standards.Promptly and professionally manage appraisal inquiries, recording accurate details for relevant team members.To be successful in this role: Communication Skills: Clear, professional communicator in person and on the phone.Customer Service Excellence: Passion for delivering high-quality service and efficiently resolving client issues.Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain an organised office environment.Team Collaboration: Works well within a team, providing assistance across all functions as needed.Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.Agent's Representative Certificate: To be eligible for this role, you must hold a current Agent's Rep.Are you looking to become part of a supportive, dynamic, and growth-focused environment within a leading real estate powerhouse?
