Customer Service & Administration Assistant!

About the role My client is seeking a bubbly customer service officer & admin all rounder to join the team on a temp to perm basis. This company is based in Tullamarine and is looking for someone to commence asap. Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No work from home options available - onsite only. You will be responsible for: Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email Maintain and develop relationships with customers Setting up boardrooms Supporting directors to book meetings Process purchase orders & invoices Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement Support the branch in its sales and service operations Mail Collection Adhoc duties To be successful in this role you will have: Intermediate excel skills SAP & Excel experience preferred Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload Ability to work independently, and as part of a team Reliable and self motivated Can do attitude Benefits: Work close to home and with a close knit team!
