We are currently looking for a professional and passionate person to lead the Customer Service/Admin team at our Cairns branch.
This Permanent Full-Time position will navigate both our systems and customers, while providing needed support to your team of Customer Service representatives.

Responsibilities: Leadership: You will have responsibility over the entire team at Cairns Store, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, development and performance management of local employees working across Sales/Customer Service/Warehouse.
Also responsible for driving a positive and collaborative work environment and step in as manager when your Store Manager is not available.
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales and growth.
Customer Support: Set high standards of client and customer service across all teams.
Financial Management: Manage financial performance and budget of your branches, ensuring appropriate spend and cost saving measures.
Process Driven: Implement standard and effective business processes, with appropriate controls and reviews, to ensure operational effectiveness.
Products/Supply: Using support as provided, set replenishment levels and review recommended replenishment.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar managerial role or team leader positions.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Able to accurately navigate sales and relevant computer systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to multitask and have a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable: Knowledge of the industry/sector.
