Customer Service Admin Officer

Day shift position, 8am - 4pm Mon -Friday  Temp role with opportunity for an immediate start  Hemmant, QLD onsite position 
Our client are seeking an experienced administrator to support the return customer service team of their Hemmant based distribution centre. A mixed administrative , customer service and warehouse support position, this role provides great opportunity and variety. 

Key Responsibilities of the role: 
Provide administrative support to the warehouse and transport teams. Assist customers with the return of products, communicating over the phone and email. High volume data entry into system to process returned items  Ensuring all records and paperwork are up to date. Assess and report on products returned to ensure accurate information is recorded into system and appropriate next stage is taken.  Organise and coordinate transport for the return of items, including communicating with truck drivers and retailers. Assist as required with branch administration tasks.  Key Requirements: Strong communication skills. Good attention to detail/record keeping skills. Past logistics administration highly regarded  SAP experience desirable  Ability to join an immediately starting position.
