Full timeSalary: up to $65K plus Super plus CommissionA growing finance company is looking for a Customer Service Account Manager. You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email, and via our client portal in relation to their current account.You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with payment changes, and engage in soft collection discussions.Key Responsibilities:Handling enquiries from customers regarding loan agreementsSoft collection callsAssisting the Sales teamCompleting thorough consultations with clients, including extracting personal and financial informationAccounts receivable function to assist debtors in maintaining their debt agreement paymentsGeneral administrationSkills & Experience:Experience in completing financial applications or assessments preferred but not essentialA working knowledge of key regulatory and compliance standards in relation to credit provision and debt collectionExcellent work ethicTeam player with the ability to work autonomouslyTarget-driven and strive towards reaching and exceeding KPIsEmpathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou will also receive free gym membership and free onsite parking.If you meet the required skills above and are looking for a new challenge, please forward your application today or contact Megan on 0412611190 or email ****** for further information.
