Job Description About your new employer:
West is excited to be partnering with a global company who have made a reputable name specializing in medical diagnostics predominantly for Lung Health.

About your new job:
An exciting opportunity has become available due to growth within the business. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration support for the sales, service, and admin teams.
Your duties will include:

Supporting the customer service team with inbound calls; liaising with various departments with accurate information upon transferring callsCustomer portal setup, follow up of portal queries for all going portal customersPreparation of customer proposals, agreements, and tendersGeneral administration duties such as assisting in the processing of customer orders, processing order placement with suppliers, order status, receiving, dispatching, plus moreRecord keeping and filing as requiredAssisting the Executive Team with meeting preparation, coordination, report management, communication, and eventsSupporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
About you!
Previous experience in an Administration positionExposure to systems such as MS Office SuiteHigh attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive and friendly phone manner with the ability to succeed and support our clients
